After an exhausting Friday afternoon last week, my son and I craved for real food. We finally decided to dine in at Crustasia in Trinoma. My boy had his usual fried dumplings and as for me, I wanted to try Thai cuisine this time. I ordered a noodle dish called Pad Thai Talay.

It consists of stir fried flat noodles with shrimps, dried radish, bean sprouts, tofu and egg, topped with roasted shallots and chopped nuts. It was awesome! Even my boy loved it.
Crustasia is a division of Red Crab, boasts of the freshest seafood such as my favorite, crabs. I was so tempted to order but I had to hold my appetite since it was only me and my boy — I am sure there’ll be a lot of leftovers. Pad Thai was a perfect meal, light — not to heavy on the belly.
