Beef Tapa Tortilla Wrap

Ever wondered what to do with your left over Beef Tapa? Inspired by the Shawarma — which my family still order at our neighborhood grocery store while waiting for me, I made another kitchen experiment…Beef Tapa Tortilla Wrap.
BTTW

BTTW3 You will need the following:Beef Tapa strips (1 C) Lettuce (1 C), Cucumber (1/2 C), grated cheese, mayonnaise (2Tbsp), a teaspoon of Dijon Mustard, parmesan cheese (optional).

How to do it: First, cut the vegetables into thin strips (Julienne cut).
Grill the tortilla for about a minute on each side (you can do this on top of the stove). Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard and the parmesan cheese together.

Next, spread the mayonnaise mixture on the tortilla. Place the lettuce, cucumber, Beef Tapa strips, and cheese on top of each other. Roll up the tortilla.

This recipe is very flexible the measurements above can make approximately 6 Tortilla Wraps however, you can add more.

I tried this last weekend and my family loved it! They enjoyed it so much that my kids requested to have it inside their lunchbox. I just needed to wrap it in foil to make sure that the wraps won’t get soggy when lunch time comes.

It’s a good alternative to rice and best of all it’s homemade!
